Online Master’s Degrees - Pummeling the Traditional Competition

Balancing school with a full time job can be extremely difficult. Online classes make the process much easier. If you talk to your boss, you might even be allowed to work on your assignments at work if they are related to your current job - talk about multitasking!

Many companies are more likely to pay for your degree if you take classes online. Sometimes employers can actually work out a bargain with online universities so that their employees get lower tuition rates and other discounts. Your employer will definitely love paying for your degree if they get a discount.

Returning Students

After teaching several college courses, I've learned a lot about the fear that plagues returning students, especially if they're coming back for a Masters degree. They feel so out of the loop that I've even seen them be intimidated by students much younger with much less experience. By taking online classes the age difference is masked, at least for a while, returning students can have time to overcome their fears.
