How to write a job application 101-One of the necessary evils of the job hunting world is the job application. Its a sad fact that many people dont ever achieve the kind of success they may deserve, just because they dont understand how to write a job application properly. With that in mind Ive set up some tips here that may help you rise to the top of every job search you do!

\r One of the main areas of how to write a job application that people dont understand is the cover letter. Its arguably the most important part of the whole package. Follow these quick tips to be a cover letter winner:

Make it original-\r Dont let yourself blend in with the others
\r Make it sharp and to the point-\r Recruiters are busy-dont waste their time!
\r Focus it on the employer-\r Show them whats in it for them, not vice versa!

\r \r Its easy to look bad on a job application, as most recruiters see dozens in a day, so with a standardized form the bad ones will really stand out! Follow these quick pointers for some easy points!

Follow the instructions-\r If you dont you wont seem too bright!
\r Practice it-\r Photocopy the form and have a dry run before committing any ink to paper
\r Prove your claims-\r Hard working? Self motivated? Prove it to them!
\r Tailor it-\r Impress them with your research by writing the application for the job in hand.

Resume
\r A well put together resume can make you seem like you were born for the job, instead of being someone with no idea how to write a job application. Why? Because we write them ourselves-if we tailor make it for the job its like having homecourt advantage!

\r Keep it simple- Avoid flashy fonts and things that are tough to read.
\r Keep it interesting- Avoid making it too long or boring. We want them excited about us!
